GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes is a pioneer in low cost flight operation in Brazil and its portfolio of innovative products and services offers the most cost-effective services, enabling the new Brazilian middle class to travel more with plenty of comfort. GOL operates nearly 970 daily flights to 51 domestic destinations and 14 international destinations spread over 10 countries in South America, the Caribbean and North America. It has a modern fleet of over 100 Boeing 737 aircraft, considered the safest, most efficient and economic in its category. To keep airfare costs competitive for customers and in order to generate new revenue, GOL structured a food and drinks sale service on board, providing several options for snacks and combos.
We were hired to create the communication, the menu and the exclusive GOL combo packaging. To tease appetites, the cover features the delicious sandwiches available. Inside, there are diverse options of combos and snacks for when that peckish feeling decides to make a stopover. To increase customer experience, all the service support collaterals were personalised, incorporating the GOL visual identity. After successful sales during a test period, the service was implemented on all of the company’s flights.
We continued to work on the international flights' Comfort Class. Aside from enjoying the airport’s VIP lounge, customers have priority check-in and boarding and during the flight, there is more comfort with more spacious seating and a premium catering experience. We enhanced the brand experience across all touch points with this audience. We developed meal services kits, headrest, blanket and amenities.
