We worked with the founders to find a suitable name and create an identity, positioning and strategy for the brand.
Talenses is a young, innovative brand that came to change the market with its agility and assertiveness. The name Talenses was born from the words “Talent”, “Lenses” and “Senses” – a combination that reflects the essence of the brand.
The brand positioning – "People that matter" – reflects the sensitivity and attention Talenses applies when searching for professionals that matter, that are suitable for different organisations and that are ready for a challenge.
The logo and the visual identity were built to emphasise the company’s name and the people that the brand relates to and the green brand colour makes it stand apart from competition. The launch Talenses and their new website, we created adverts for Exame magazine.
