Our Shanghai Office is expanding and we are currently seeking high caliber talents for senior and junior positions to serve our growing roster of clients. We see an opportunity in Greater China for a tight and powerful consultancy, built around a handful of brilliant senior practitioners, who deliver world-class strategy, design and innovation solutions.


Employee is responsible for managing key projects and relationships with company’s clients, including revenue acquisition, team management, client management and operations related to the company’s service offerings. Specific responsibilities include:

• Organize, lead and manage client engagements through project completion and build client relationships
• Formulate analysis framework and project plan, and synthesize data from multiple sources for keen insights
• Help to develop new business with both current and new clients and support business development work with other departments
• Advance the company’s methodology, intellectual property and processes
• Build awareness and preference for the company’s offering in the marketplace
• Develop big visionary ideas that inspire clients and solve problems
• Deliver extremely high standards of quality that exceed client expectations
• Collaborate within a team environment
• Strive for 100% client satisfaction
• Ensure delivery of projects on-time and within budget
• Follow up on proper invoicing and collections

Talents & skills

• At least 2-5 years’ work experience in client service and project management for design deliverables, preferably in branding, packaging design and visual identity
• Previous experience working for or with a branding consultancy a plus
• Fluent Mandarin and English speaker, ability in bilingual writing and translation
• Organized and responsible
• Fast learner, ability to work independently and also a team player
• A good sense of design, creativity, marketing and communications
• Superior presentation and communications skills
• Experience in managing client relationships
• Seeking “boutique” sized company culture
• Deep passion for branding
