VitaHealth was first established in 1947 as a pharmacy. Then it launched its own brand of high-quality vitamins and supplements. Nowadays, the company has a portfolio of more than 2,500 registered products, sold in pharmacies throughout Malaysia, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and Indonesia. However, it’s starting to lose market share to new competitors entering the category with modern and relevant brand propositions.

We improved and strengthened their existing brand proposition through co-creation workshops and stakeholders interviews, all while retaining its existing brand essence.



A PULSE OF LIFE
Alongside the updated brand proposition, we developed the “Pulse Lines” concept which reflects the company’s personality – “Energetic, Inspiring and Approachable”.
“Pulse Lines” are made up of dynamic shapes and bright colours which help communicate the fun spirit of the brand across all consumer touchpoints.
