Should the NBA change its logo?

What if the NBA logo represented a different player?

The NBA logo has not changed since 1969. Although the NBA does not officially recognise it, many people consider the current logo to be based on the silhouette of 60s/70s Lakers legend Jerry West dribbling.

The game and the league has grown exponentially since then to global icon status through the superstars that have taken the league to international fame. From Bill Russell and Wilt Chamberlain, to the 80s Showtime Lakers, Dr. J Julius Erving, Michael Jordan’s Bulls, Kobe Bryant, Lebron James and Steph Curry, many a legend have left their mark on the league.

Can you name the players? And should the NBA change its logo from Jerry West?
