• Creates and develops sound, coherent and inspiring brand strategies
• Plans and conducts research
• Communicates findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner in written, oral and presentation forms
• Creates positioning concepts and mood boards, and other research materials when necessary
• Leads internal brainstorming sessions and conducts strategic workshops with clients
• Creates final strategic concepts and platforms (together with the senior strategist) using Dragon Rouge strategic tools
• Delivers creative briefs, monitors designers work to ensure client’s strategy is successfully transferred across the team
• Partners effectively with all departments to ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality deliverables that address all relevant clients’ requirements
• Works with client service team to proactively propose inspiring ideas/insights to drive the development of relationships with clients
• Interacts in a positive, professional and motivating manner
• Writes case studies, white papers and presentations
• Runs external trainings and seminars


• Passionate about branding, marketing strategies, research and design
• Innovative thinker
• Capacity to act as a problem solver
• Ability to present complex issues in a simple and clear manner
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from numerous data
• Good understanding of marketing research tools, experience in conducting research
• Strong presentation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Able to support and inspire designers to translate brand strategies into breakthrough design solutions
• 3+ years experience in brand consulting agency, strategic department in advertising agency, or 4+ years experience in a marketing department
• Master‘s degree; preferably in marketing, management or sociology
• Fluent Polish and English
• Very good Microsoft Office skills
