Develops design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs derived from strategic brand positioning and clients’ business strategy Explores and conceptualizes solutions and design alternatives in conjunction with Senior Designer/Design Director Identifies design opportunities that from initial concept through to final design direction Collaborates with SDs and DDs to further explore and refine design concepts Participates in meetings and critiques; explains and substantiates existing or potential design direction Supports creative development by gathering information and data through research Develops, tests and implements ideas across a range of applications and compiles material into client presentations Interacts in a positive, professional and motivating manner Seeks out opportunities for personal creative growth by working outside area of expertise Meets agreed deadlines

Understanding of branding Passion for design Relevant design experience proven by the portfolio Understanding and ability to use digital media in corporate projects Detail oriented Awareness of emerging trends in design Proficiency in all key design programs (Adobe) BA in Graphic Design or related studies Communicates well in English
