The Account Executive fills an important role in the account management team to help manage projects and communicate internally and externally to deliver effective strategic and design solutions that will create bold ideas, generously.
Under the direction of an Account Manager/ Account Director, Account Executive will be responsible for managing projects and relationships with company’s clients, including internal team management, client management and operations related to the company’s service offerings
Overall responsible for:
Help organize and manage client engagements, from briefings to revisions till project completion and build client relationships,
Manage project timelines and ensure efficient and timely delivery of project deliverables,
Detail driven and organized, positive and efficient in collaborating within a team environment,
Strive for 100% client satisfaction,
Ensure delivery of projects on-time and within budget,
Follow up on proper invoicing and collections,
