“Educated people are wealthy people because they know how to produce and prosper.” Inspired by this purpose, the entrepreneur Victor Civita created a Foundation which was named after him in 1985. Focused on the improvement of education in Brazil, Victor Civita Foundation is maintained by the Civita family, Editora Abril, Gerdau, among other supporters and has the mission to build and disseminate knowledge that helps educators to face the challenges of our times.
The new Victor Civita Foundation visual identity was developed by Dragon Rouge and celebrates the institution’s 30th anniversary. Having a dandelion as its starting point, a flower that spreads around its seeds as the wind blows, planting new flowers. The icon carries Victor Civita's initials. The flower in a “C” shape and the petals that look like small “Vs” translate the Foundation’s purpose: the diffusion of knowledge.
